These workshops are open to anyone who works in London Bridge, whether they are already part of our Network for Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders, or simply keen to find out more.

Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

These sessions are taking place online, live, and are aimed to be participative so for this reason we are not able to record and share afterwards.
