Our small, dedicated Executive Team manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Improvement District (BID) under the name Team London Bridge, and provide a useful point of contact for help and advice for businesses operating within the business district. 

 

Nadia Broccardo
Chief Executive

Nadia has been involved with BIDs since establishing the Newtown Improvement District, Johannesburg’s Cultural Precinct, and has been managing Team London Bridge (TLB) since 2007.

From major regeneration to responsible business programmes, Nadia has developed and implemented the broad spectrum of services that BIDs offer while steering them through pivotal moments in their lifecycles.

Nadia manages a cohesive executive team, successfully delivering the core BID agenda while developing new initiatives that widen the focus of established BID activities, including arts and sustainability projects.

Nadia represents TLB on the boards of key local and pan-London bodies and is committed to the development of sustainable and authentic places.

Don Campbell
Head of Communications

Don has experience of marketing in a variety of regions and places of interest. He joined the team in 2006 to develop London Bridge as a destination; attracting inward investment and visitors to the area while promoting services to local employees.

Jack Skillen
Placeshaping Director

Jack works with stakeholders to achieve the placeshaping strategy, including transforming and connecting local streets and spaces. He brings experience from his time at ‘Living Streets’, where he worked to make streets better places for the community.

Responsible Business and Member Engagement Director

Sofia welcomes businesses when they move into the area, and ensures that TLB members make the most of our services. She also leads on the Responsible Business Plan, which includes helping you develop partnerships with local community groups and managing our grants.

Nick Morant
Community Safety and Security Partnership Director

Nick works with our BID members, estate managers, Police and local authorities to keep businesses prepared and resilient to crime, leading on safety initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships, and serving as a prominent ambassador for the area and our businesses.

Head of Digital and Creative

Lucinda is responsible for managing Team London Bridge’s digital and design content; promoting BID member services to local employees and visitors via the websites, social media and online-publications.

Fiona is responsible for Team London Bridge’s events programme, devising and managing the calendar from scratch as well as working with our marketing team to promote events.

Tom is responsible for helping to maintain high environmental standards in London Bridge, focussing on the clean and green agenda and offering support for local businesses to help them become more environmentally friendly, efficient, and cost-effective

Amanda joined the team as Medi-Culture District Programme Manager before combining her role to deliver the London Bridge Culture Strategy, working with partners and artists to bring festivals, performances, exhibitions, and social events to our community.
