Inspired by the popular and traditional tiffins that are lovingly prepared daily by families across India, Gunpowder founder Harneet Baweja and executive chef Nirmal Save have created a brand-new weekday Worker’s Tiffin Lunch.

Grab and Go page: http://www.gunpowderlondon.com/tower-bridge/grab-go/

The lunch has launched at their One Tower Bridge restaurant, ideal for London Bridge employees to take-away and enjoy outdoors.

This reasonably priced new lunch option features lighter, healthier, modern interpretations of India’s traditional curries. Dishes include Old Delhi butter chicken (on the bone) with aromatic steamed rice, Telicherry grilled prawn, Masala with lemon and ginger rice and Jackfruit and paneer tawa pulao with kachumbar yoghurt. There is also a slow cooked lamb mince Keema pau with salli, red onion, lime wedge, served with brioche rolls. Sides include Aloo chaat and Okra fries and prices range from £8 to £11.

The Worker’s Tiffin Lunch will be available to click & collect at Gunpowder Tower Bridge from 12 to 2.45pm Monday to Friday. Customers can order via gunpowderlondon.com or via the Athand app (athand.co.uk) and choose their collection time making it easy to avoid queues.
