BOB’s Lobster began as a street food and wine truck in 2013, trading in the evenings at Borough Market. Their mission was to challenge convention; stripping away the white linen table cloths to serve up seafood extravagance curb-side on paper plates.
Now BOB’s has parked up permanently for the first time in London Bridge on St Thomas St. The restaurant serves exquisite seafood with a playful street-food twist.
