To claim your discount, you must present your DealCard before the payment has been processed on our POSS (Point of Sale System). Once the transaction has been completed, I’m sorry we cannot apply the discount (computer says no)!

To redeem Loyalty Points, you must inform reception you wish to use your Points towards your bill before we process your bill on our POSS.
