This classic 45-minute ride class combines high-intensity cardio, muscular strength training and choreography. It’s a rhythm-driven, full-body experience that combines music, movement and energy to leave you stronger, more confident and ready to take on anything.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the class, to ensure there is enough time to put your things away and get set up – Psycle do not allow entry at the time of the class or beyond.
  • There are lockers, showers, toilets, towels and cleats available for use.
  • Anyone who has not been to Psycle before must complete their Health & Safety waiver before class.
