Whether you are office, work or home based this lunchtime session will focus on practical tips for maintaining physical health and preventing injury and sound ergonomic advice. Neil will share tips about common physical issues with desk work, how to improve your posture and offer advice about easy stretches to help to prevent physical strain.

The session will include a brief presentation, practical advice and a Q & A session.
