Following the success of the ‘Hosepipe Heroes’ (who kept our plants alive through the dry summer) we are changing with the seasons to become the ‘Litter Legends’.
Clearing litter is a huge task, necessary for keeping our streets looking their best. Our street cleaning teams do huge amounts of clearing but this time of year we can do with some extra help!
We’ll meet on Holyrood Street and work our way along Snowsfields and Newcomen Street, clearing leaves and litter as we go.
We will provide gloves, bags and equipment. Please make sure you dress for the weather.
