As part of our Health & Wellbeing initiative for everyone in the London Bridge area, this informal session is designed to help you recharge during the working day while taking part in a calm, creative activity. Creative practices like crochet have been shown to reduce stress, boost focus and support overall mental wellbeing.
Participants are also welcome to share feedback and ideas with Team London Bridge to help shape future health and wellbeing initiatives in the area — so you can learn a new skill, unwind, and make a positive contribution to your local community.
