Wednesday 29th April, 12:00-13:00, Online
In this fast-paced one-hour session, staff will explore how to consistently “rock up ready” energised, focused, confident, and able to perform at their best without drifting into exhaustion, disengagement, or burnout. This is not a soft wellbeing workshop and it’s not about stepping away from ambition. It’s about learning how to sustain high performance for the long term.
Drawing on high-performance sports science and over a decade of consulting across global organisations, the public sector and frontline environments, this session helps participants quickly assess where they are right now versus how they ideally want to feel at work and identify the biggest gaps holding them back.
The focus is on proactive, preventative behaviours that realistically fit into busy working lives, and that immediately improve both results and experience at work. When people feel better, think clearer and manage their energy well, performance rises and so do morale, engagement, and the everyday culture of teams.
Participants will leave with practical tools to:
- Diagnose their current energy, focus and performance levels
- Clarify what “rocking up ready” looks like for them
- Spot the biggest drains and highest-impact boosters
- Perform under pressure without burning out
- Strengthen their own wellbeing and their team’s culture
Short, sharp, and evidence-based this session is designed for people who want to keep operating at a high level, day after day.
