Football, Netball, and Beach Sports at Marlborough Sports Garden

Just a five minute walk from London Bridge and Borough stations, Marlborough Sports Garden is a vibrant outdoor sports venue tucked at the foot of the Shard. Through our partnership with PlayFootball, we welcome players of all abilities to this unique city centre sporting hub.

5 a Side Football Leagues and Pitch Hire PlayFootball runs leagues on a fully enclosed, floodlit 3G pitch with FA accredited referees.

- Evening leagues (Monday to Wednesday): Kick offs at 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:40pm, and 8:20pm.

- Lunchtime league: 12pm to 2pm

- Pitch hire: Book casual games up to 30 days in advance or set up a weekly block booking.

Netball and Sand Court: The dedicated netball court is available to hire all year round for teams wanting a regular training slot or friends looking for a casual game. The urban sand court brings the beach to the city, with space for beach volleyball, beach tennis, and beach football.

Corporate Events: With power and seating on site, the venue is ideal for team days out. PlayFootball’s events team offers exclusive use of the whole facility for refereed tournaments, old school sports days, and inflatable fun days.
