Run by Edson Diaz-Fuentes and his wife Natalie, Santo Remedio serves up authentic Mexican food, inspired by the cantinas and mezcalerias of Mexico City.
Their London Bridge Mexican Asador is our vibrant, colourful restaurant where they share some of our favourite dishes from across Mexico. Specialities are cooked over a wood fire grill, including whole grilled Seabass a la Talla to smokey barbacoa lamb cutlets.
A true exploration of the Mexican cuisine, the South London eatery has bright interiors and a bar to match, decorated with a dazzling array of Mexican artisan goods.
Between the restaurant, lounge area downstairs and dedicated Mezcaleria upstairs, Santo Remedio boasts a wide range of premium mezcal and tequila, as well as classic cocktails with a twist, such as their ever-popular spicy margarita.
