Monday 23rd March, 12:00-14:00, Online

In this high-impact two-hour session, leaders and HR teams will explore how to design a retention and wellbeing strategy that is rigorous, evidence-led and measurable, while still feeling personal, human, and relevant to the people they support. The focus is on understanding what really helps individuals “rock up ready”  energised, engaged, resilient and able to do their best work and translating those insights into practical organisational action.

Drawing on over a decade of consulting with more than 100 organisations, alongside high-performance sports science principles used to optimise elite teams, this workshop shows how to take a more conscious, scientific approach to wellbeing and retention without losing the relational side that makes people feel seen, valued, and supported.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Diagnose the real drivers of energy, engagement, and retention in their organisation
  • Use data intelligently to understand what’s working and what isn’t
  • Design targeted interventions rather than one-size-fits-all programmes
  • Personalise support at team or individual level, depending on organisational size and structure
  • Link wellbeing initiatives directly to performance and business outcomes
  • Track progress in ways that leaders can apply.

This is not about ticking boxes or launching another generic programme. It’s about building a clear, credible strategy that blends science with empathy helping organisations boost retention, strengthen performance, and create environments where people consistently feel and perform at their best.
