16th July, 12pm-12.30pm, Online

EIDA is a network of around 2,000 UK employers committed to taking effective action on domestic abuse and protect their employees.

Led by Kristina Green, Membership Coordinator, and Kristin Thue, Communications and Engagement Coordinator, this session will offer a snapshot of the scale and impact of domestic abuse, outline simple, practical steps employers can take, and explain how EIDA can support you on your journey.

You’ll learn:

  • Why domestic abuse belongs on every employer’s agenda
  • Practical guidance on how to begin creating a workplace response
  • How to access EIDA’s free tools, resources, and employer network
  • How to become part of a growing movement of organisations committed to creating safer, more supportive workplaces

Whether you’re just starting or looking to build on existing work, this session will help you take meaningful steps to protect and support your people. EIDA membership is free and open to all UK employers.

Team London Bridge are working towards a Responsible Business District, which was outlined in our Responsible Business Plan for London Bridge in 2020, in line with the UN SDGs. Employers are encouraged to take an active role in ensuring their staff’s wellbeing, and Domestic Abuse is one of the key areas where they can make a tangible difference.
