We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our hardworking cleaning team – led by Ben, Jordan, and Joao, with Ali and Manuel covering Tooley Street, Brian and Jose on St Thomas Street, and Charlie and Paul handling graffiti cleaning – for their outstanding dedication and service.

For 364 days a year they are on the streets ensuring London Bridge remains clean, safe, and welcoming. The team sweeps each main street three times a day, empties our public realm bins, and responds swiftly to litter and mess. Their efforts help make our area one we can all take pride in.

In addition to their daily work, we want to remind all businesses that a range of free cleaning services are available on request as part of our funded contract with the cleaning team. These services are designed to support your business and the wider community.

Pressure Washing of Public Realm

If the pavement or public area outside your business is becoming dirty, we can arrange pressure washing on request.

One-Off Pressure Washing for Private Premises

For exterior areas of private land we can offer a one-off pressure wash if you’re effected by dirt or litter from the public. If your outdoor space needs attention, please contact our office.

Graffiti Removal

If the street-facing parts of your property have been affected by graffiti, we can assist with graffiti removal using specialist products and jet washing. Please note that some inks may not be removable from porous stone, so we will assess each case individually.

Bulky Waste and Fly-Tipping Collection

If waste has been illegally dumped outside your business, contact us and we will arrange for collection or escalate with the relevant waste service provider. Repeated cases will be escalated by us to the relevant enforcement officers, but you should also report this yourself to get more attention to your case.

These services are here to support our local business community and maintain the high standard of our shared public spaces.

For requests or further information, please contact the Tom directly, or call the office on 0207 407 4701.
