Kroll is a committed signatory of the London Bridge Decarbonisation Charter, a shared commitment among local organisations to help make this one of the most sustainable places to do business in the world. Their engagement with the Charter reflects a strong belief in corporate responsibility and the value of local collaboration.
We reached out to Kroll’s Corporate Services ESG team, led by Roscoe Philomin, Director and his colleague Ethan Dell, Senior Associate about what sustainability looks like from inside the organisation. “We help drive our sustainability efforts through cutting emissions and improving sustainability reporting,” he said. His work is focused on measurable impact and improving how sustainability is embedded across the business.
“We wanted to be part of the solution, not the problem,”
Ethan’s passion for this work stems from real-world experience. “It started with seeing the real-world impact of climate change. We wanted to be part of the solution, not the problem,” he shared.
Kroll has found that investing in sustainability pays off in more ways than one. “It’s boosted our reputation, helped us attract talent, and made us more efficient,” Ethan said.
Looking to the future, Ethan sees opportunity in making London Bridge even more liveable and climate-conscious: “More green spaces, better cycling infrastructure, and support for local, low-impact businesses,” he suggests.
Kroll’s involvement with Team London Bridge has helped them stay connected and inspired. “We’ve picked up great ideas and found ways to make a bigger impact locally,” Ethan added. That spirit of shared learning and cooperation is exactly what the Decarbonisation Charter is all about.
We’re proud to celebrate Kroll and their continued efforts to lead by example. Their commitment reminds us that sustainability isn’t just about carbon—it’s about community, collaboration, and building a better future for all.
