Over the past six years Team London Bridge has collected thousands of gift donations from London Bridge employees. The generosity of our community is increasingly impressive each year and the donations help those who can find the festive season a challenging and lonely time.
Find out about last year's campaign here, as we collected a record breaking number of presents, reaching out to over 1700 individuals who live in or around London Bridge area.
The charities we support each year have a big impact on the local community, working with the homeless, elderly, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and those who struggle with mental health issues.
This year, the tradition continues and we'll be collecting presents throughout November to be wrapped on 6th & 7th December ready for the charities to give out at their special annual Christmas lunches. Businesses based in London Bridge can host collection points for gifts and encourage their employees to contribute.
As a special addition this year we are organising a ‘Really Happy Christmas’, which is a new way for a select few businesses based in London Bridge to help local charities receive even more meaningful gifts through bespoke contributions. We’ve asked the charities what would make this year a Really Happy Christmas and collected their wish lists – and they are ready to be matched with businesses or teams of volunteers like you that want to go that extra mile, and make a difference to those who will most appreciate it.
See below everything you need to know about how you or your organisation can get involved this year.
