a sense of wellbeing is something we all crave. Knowing how to begin your own
wellbeing journey can seem almost impossible with the lives we live today.
That's why we are here, to help guide, coach and teach you.
We help you
invest in your wellbeing, so you can find balance in your life from nourishing
yourself from the inside out.
yoga and mindfulness meditation to help them put this into practice. We
encourage a practice of self-love and self-worth as everyone deserves to feel
happy, loved and well and healthy.

the mind and body. There will be candles and atmospheric background music. A
special herbal tea will be handed out at the end of the class.
all participants must bring a yoga mat. There are changing facilities here, you
are welcome to arrive earlier if you need to get changed.
