Take part in the final class of the 2010 Get Fit for Free programme, bought to you by the More London fitness club 37°.
This class emphasises fluidity and heat, using continuity to support them both. This class is ideal for people who have attended other styles of yoga on more than one occasion and who have good flexibility.
For your first class please turn up 10 minutes before as you will have to register and complete a Par-q form. Classes are limited in size; therefore it will be run on a first come first served basis.
