The Team London Bridge Small Grants Fund, jointly funded with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), has allowed our business community to help support local youth projects since 2007.  Last year alone the scheme directly helped 568 young people in the Bermondsey area of Southwark.

The application period for 2010/11 Small Grants Fund is now open until 26th February 2010.

The application form and accompanying guidelines are available to download below:

The Team London Bridge Small Grants Fund is for youth projects which benefit 5-19 year olds living and/or going to school in the Bermondsey.  Grants of £500 - £2,000 are available.

The partnership funding of the Small Grants Fund (£15,000 from Team London Bridge and £15,000 from PwC per annum) has proved to be very successful with 54 Grants being awarded to 45 organisations since the programme’s inception.

"Parents on the Tabard Estate say the drama group funded by the Small Grant Fund gives children the chance to socialise and express themaselves as well as making friends with children from the other parts of the estate."  Genevieve Collier, Tabard Gardens South TRA

"Our theatre project encouraged young people to work together creatively, to express themselves and to communicate both orally and in writing." Suzanna Rosenthal, Steam Industry Free Theatre Co.

Applications must meet one or more of the following criteria:

- To encourage positive youth engagement
- To support the leap into the world of work
- To provide extra educational opportunities
