We want to provide workers, visitors and residents with a high-quality public realm, with pleasant places and spaces.
We believe that ongoing care and attention is required in an area with a growing working and visitor population.
Street Services
We try to make sure that the business district is as clean and as free of rubbish, graffiti and fly-posting as possible. We work with statutory providers to try to increase the level of cleansing work done locally. Further to this, we manage several contracts with organisations such as Southwark Council and Community Clean Ltd. to undertake specialist, additional cleaning which we think is important in an area as heavily used as London Bridge. more>>
Capital Projects
We aim to work with developers, landowners and statutory services to keep the London Bridge business district a pleasant and welcoming place to visit. This involves making additions to things like public seating, installing lighting where needed, and developing other beneficial projects. more>>

Greening Initiatives
During 2008/9 Team London Bridge have introduced a series of 64 hanging baskets, 24 large plant tubs and 34 young trees in the BID area. Those based around Snowsfields, Meilor Street, Weston Street, Crucifix Lane, and the northern end of Bermondsey Street will have seen a combination of these greening activities, while anyone walking along Duke Street Hill will notice the new plants and renovation work we have carried out. more>>
