The Executive Team

Our small, dedicated Executive Team manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Improvement District (BID) under the name Team London Bridge, and provide a useful point of contact for help and advice for businesses operating within the business district.

The team is based at 3 Gainsford Street, London SE1 2NE. We share an office with the Potters Fields Park Management Trust.  You can find our contact details and profiles below, so please get in touch to learn more about how we can help your business in London Bridge.

Nadia Broccardo
Executive Director

Nadia, who joined the Team in August 2007, is committed to this dynamic team ensuring excellent delivery of quality, high profile services and projects to the world class London Bridge Business community.  She recently moved from Johannesburg where she had been managing BIDs for the past two years.  Nadia believes that for the business community itself to make a difference to the area in which they operate there is no better way than through the BID process. 


Along with the Team London Bridge Board she will ensure the levies that local businesses contribute will be well managed and benefit the community directly.

Shane Clarke
Environmental Programme Manager

Shane manages Team London Bridge's enhanced partnership contracts with Southwark Environment and the Police, taking forward a number of local physical improvement projects and working to ensure that local businesses are kept up to date with development schemes in the area.


Shane previously worked with the City of Westminster as their senior street wardens manager and with Lambeth Council in their town centre strategy team.

Emma-Louise Stewart
Culture and Events Co-ordinator

Georgina Dawkins
Business Manager

Georgina joined the team in December 2008 as the Business Manager, taking responsibility for the Small Grants Fund and the Building Bridges Fund. 


She will be working with a number of community organisations and charities in the London Bridge and Bermondsey area which have benefitted from the Grants programmes, as well as the businesses who help to make it possible.

She has experience of working with businesses and business improvement districts all over the country, particularly in London, and wants to continue to get as involved as possible with London Bridge business.

Donald Campbell

Place Marketing and Communications Manager

Don has experience of marketing a variety of regions and places of interest. He joined the team in 2006 to support levy payers in attracting both visitors to the area and promoting services to local employees.

Gelila Yohannes
Project Assistant

Gelila joined Team London Bridge in February 2010 as the Project Assistant.  She has experience in organising many fundraising, networking and social events, and is excited about getting invovled in the different projects that make London Bridge a better district.
