7 More London Riverside
More London Place
Situated in the centre of the London Bridge business district, the More London Estate has been a key driver of change in the north of Southwark. State-of-the-art office buildings now line the riverside, sitting side-by-side with City Hall and a world-class park (Potters Fields). Tenants include the Ernst & Young, Hilton Hotels, Gaucho and Visit London as well as other international professional and financial service firms.
7 More London Riverside
Currently under construction, 7 More London Riverside is the last building to be built on the More London Estate.
Providing around 500,000 sq ft of office space, 7 More London is due to be the UK headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and will have a supermarket on the ground floor facing Tooley Street.
Construction will be complete in 2009 with the new tenants due to move in early 2010.
