Postpals is a charity set up to encourage people to write a card or letter to a poorly child in hospital.

By spending five minutes of your lunch break writing a card and 32p on a stamp you will be giving encouragement to one of the kids signed up to Postpals, helping them through one of the toughest times of their lives and brightening up some very long and hard days spent in hospital.
