Starting something with just a brilliant idea to back you up can be daunting, but when you're young it's even harder as your limited experience makes it more difficult to get things off the ground.

Junction49 is a TimeBank initiative where people aged 14-25 can get help to set up their own projects, campaigns or events about issues that matter to them.

This online community relies on people helping out with practical advice, contacts or lending a helping hand. So even if you dedicate a lunch hour now and again your time could make all the difference to some very deserving youngsters.
